1) Overview

Please note: We do not offer free return shipping — return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.

This policy outlines the terms, timelines, and procedures for returns, exchanges, and refunds.

2) Returns — can I return my order?

You may return your item(s) within 30 days of receiving your order.

  • Items must be returned complete and in their original condition.
  • No visible wear, misuse, or damage caused by improper handling.
  • Hygiene-related items must be thoroughly cleaned before return.
  • Defects must be reported immediately upon receipt.
  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Returns are processed within 7 business days after arrival. We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet the conditions above.

3) How to start a return

  1. Contact us via our Contact page and include:
    • Your order number
    • Reason for return
    • Photo (if applicable)
    • Your full name and shipping address
  2. We will provide you with the correct return instructions and address.

Please do not send returns to the sender address on the package.

  • You are responsible for return shipping.
  • Always ship with track & trace.
  • Once approved, your refund will be processed accordingly.

4) Cancellation (Consumers)

You have 30 days to cancel from the date you receive your final item.

Because our system processes orders automatically, cancellations are not possible once the order has been dispatched.

If the item is already in transit, please accept delivery and initiate a return.

5) Refunds — how and when?

  • Refunds exclude original shipping costs.
  • Refunds are processed within 14 days after receipt and approval.
  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
  • Please note: Returned items are shipped at the customer’s expense to our international fulfillment centre in China. We work with a centralized logistics partner to maintain competitive pricing and strict quality control.

6) Item condition & refusal

Items must not be significantly worn or damaged. Missing components, visible damage, missing original packaging (if essential), or insufficient cleaning may result in partial or refused refunds.

7) Exchanges

If you would like a different size or style, please return your item and place a new order. We cannot reserve inventory during the return process.

8) Processing time

Returns are typically processed within 7 business days after arrival.
